When I first rang to book an appointment the lovely girl told me make a list of things that you would like to fix or learn. From an older generation who knows not much about the computer world I was extremely satisfied with ALL the stuff that tech fixed for me and also taught me lots of other things too. He was a very polite and patient young gentleman and would recommend him to anyone looking for help with their computer/computer skills.
